Chook on Pearl is a fast-casual restaurant inspired by Melbourne’s vibrant culture, and modern aesthetic. Channeling the city's vibrant streets adorned with wheatpaste posters, the design mirrors the layering concept—starting with a fresh, clean canvas and building up to host vibrant art, community, and cuisine in alignment with the owner's mission statement.  Within the space a custom, colorful wheatpasted mural is composed of images collected by the Chook community. The design is wrapped up with a clever nod to the pattern found in chicken wire, here applied in tile form and crowned with a whimsical weathervane.
