The Broadway Market food hall sets the stage for a variety of established chefs as well as breakthrough performances from newcomers. In theater, the black box is a flexible venue where the audience feels immersed in the production and surrounded by actors. At Broadway Market, the back of house is on display. Patrons have the opportunity to peek behind the curtain to see their food prepared, plated, and the inner workings of various restaurant types on display. The interior is reflected in concept by being raw and exposed, utilizing readily available materials. The lighting spotlights a neutral black-and-white palette to allow the food, drink, chefs and diners to take center stage.
